In March 2018, Weflo invested nearly RMB200 million to build a facility with a construction area of over 25,000 square meters and covering a land area of 45,000 square meters. The project includes two advanced automatic molding and casting lines, which were fully operational by May 2019. Its annual production capacity can reach 80,000 tons.

The project employs domestically advanced sand handling systems, environmentally friendly core-making systems, intermediate frequency electric furnace melting systems, fully automatic molten iron transfer systems, automatic wire feeding spheroidizing systems, fully automatic casting machines, advanced overhead chain cleaning production equipment, and German-imported spectrometers and metallographic microscopes for quality control. These technologies ensure the production of high-quality, efficient cast products, providing strong support to meet the needs of domestic and international customers.
